  16. Topstitch the drawstring casing strips onto the main body by sewing close to the top and bottom edges.
  17. Take one shoulder strap strip and fold it in half lengthwise, right sides together. Pin the long edge.
  18. Sew along the pinned edge with a 1/2 inch seam allowance. Backstitch at the beginning and end. Trim any excess fabric.
  19. Turn the shoulder strap right side out. Press it flat with an iron. Repeat steps 17-19 for the second shoulder strap.
  20. Attach one end of each shoulder strap to the top corners of the main body piece. Secure them with pins.
  21. Take one adjustable buckle and thread the loose end of the strap through the bar. Fold the end over and sew it in place, creating a secure loop. Repeat with the second strap and buckle on the other side.
